ACC completed an initial Investigation including quantifying scope of work for a general contractor in San Francisco. After bidding against three (3) competing firms, ACC was retained to produce a mold remediation work plan, which entailed drying out and cleaning mold growth in a multi-family apartment building from the second through fifth floors. The project included cleaning mold growth and mold contamination from the second through fifth floors. ACC determined that water intrusion was caused by the lack of roof installation prior to the rainy season.

Upon investigation, the contractor wanted to start work as soon as each floor was cleared.  Work areas were separated, as well as each unit, in case of bad air sample results.  Large scale water intrusion required use of dessicant dehumidifiers to try out building quickly.  Roofing continued to leak during work and the contractor was notified of areas to improve.
