KENNETH R. CHURCHILL CEO Kenneth Churchill, with his wife Susan are responsible for the initial creation and success of ACC. Eighteen years ago, Ken and Susan started ACC in their home. Susan retired in 2000. Over the past 18 years, he and ACC’s dedicated staff have grown ACC into one of the largest locally owned environmental consulting firms in California. Mr. Churchill has twenty-eight years of energy efficiency, environmental consulting and business management experience. Prior to forming ACC he owned Daystar Energy Systems, one of California’s largest energy efficiency and solar energy contracting firms. |

JAMES WILSON President James Wilson is responsible for the day to day management of both the Northern and Southern California offices and our Indoor Environmental Quality Division. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant and holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in construction project design and management. Over the past 16 years, he has successfully managed hundreds of building surveys and large-scale asbestos abatement projects for organizations such as UC Davis, BART and Kaiser Hospitals. |

TIM FALLIN Vice President Certified Asbestos Consultant Tim Fallin is responsible for managing ACC’s system-wide environmental consulting and data management contract for Wells Fargo Bank. Over the past 8 years, Mr. Fallin has successfully completed over 2000 projects for the bank and managed environmental data for their 6,000 properties nationwide. Mr. Fallin holds a degree BA degree in Environmental Studies and is a Certified Asbestos Consultant. He has 11 years of asbestos, lead-based paint, indoor-air quality and environmental site assessment experience. |

DAVID R. DEMENT, RG Senior Geologist David Dement is responsible for the management of ACC’s Subsurface Environmental Consulting Division. He is a Registered Geologist and Registered Environmental Assessor II with 12 years of experience performing environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, underground storage tanks and remediation projects. His depth of knowledge and experience enable him to develop cost-effective remediation approaches to soil and groundwater contamination. He has successfully completed hundreds of soil and groundwater contamination projects and worked with numerous regulatory agencies to obtain site closure on our clients' behalf. |

LARRY EVERTON Senior Project Manager Certified Asbestos Consultant Larry Everton is responsible for senior level project design and management of asbestos abatement projects. He is a Licensed General Contractor and Certified Asbestos Consultant with over 25 years of construction management experience. Mr. Everton has successfully completed hundreds of asbestos survey, abatement and reconstruction projects in high-rise office buildings, college campuses, hospitals and schools. His long-term ACC clients include: Peralta Community College District, San Mateo County, Chabot/Las Positas Community College District, Oakland Unified School District and Unico Properties. |

MARK SANCHEZ, CHMM, REA Senior Project Manager Certified Asbestos Consultant Mark Sanchez is responsible for performing indoor air quality studies and managing ACC’s environmental training center. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and Certified Lead-based Paint Professional with over 13 years of experience. Mr. Sanchez has successfully completed hundreds of building surveys for asbestos, lead-based paint and indoor air quality. He has also designed and managed large-scale asbestos abatement projects in high-rise office buildings, schools and colleges. His long-term ACC clients include: City of Oakland, Prometheus Properties, Hines and Oakland Unified School District. |
